The purpose of life is for each of us to grow and expand in our true values (what is important to each of us), true desires and unique joys.  Getting in tune with our inner emotional guidance system helps this process of awakening to our authenticity, where our true power is.  Authenticity can sometimes feel vulnerable and yet true power only comes as a result of our ability to be vulnerable.  Truly, it’s true…The truth shall set us free.
